In response to these suggestions, Rustam Minnikhanov, President of Tatarstan informed that a special group of civil servants will be formed in order to examine prospective projects.
In his turn, he invited Kuwait representatives to participate in the implementation of various projects in Tatarstan. Those are, first of all, agriculture business projects and vehicle component industry projects.
